I would appreciate some prayer today. I have to keep this one short.

The phrase says, when you find yourself in a hole is to stop digging. That is not the whole story though. If you stop you will find yourself stuck in the same place. You have to get out of the hole my friends. Don't stay there.
Be poured out like Paul. All The Way Out.
